STEP 5:  Online CONCUSSION TRAINING

If you and your rower have not completed PWCS's Concussion Training requirements this school year, you will need to do so. PWCS High School Concussion Training session can complete their annual concussion training online if they have not already done so this school year. Print, sign, and turn in the completed online certificate to the Athletic Trainer or ????.

For rowers who did not participate in PWC school sport this school year and did not provide us with a current Virginia High School League Physical "Revised  January 2021"  form previously this year. This "Revised January 2021" version is the only form that will be accepted and must bear your medical provider’s signature and be dated after May 1, 2021, to be valid. Please turn in to the Athletic Trainer or ????. Keep a copy for your future reference.

STEP 8:  Order Uniforms

The unisuit/Uniform is the only required piece but there are other items you can purchase to add to your uniform. The visor or hat option is highly recommended because the sun can be bright reflecting off the water.

If you miss the store closing date of
February 3, you will need to order your uniform as an individual, directly from (Uniform Manufacturer). For late orders, pricing and shipping will be different than a team purchase. There is information on the site to help you place your order.

Don't wait!  It takes us 3-5 business days to process paperwork, so please be courteous and turn everything in by the first-day students hit the water.  This will give the Athletic Trainer/Athletic Director/Families/Us time to rectify any paperwork rejected or lost.
